The exterior of these rails are beautifully designed in a
smooth stainless steel finish for a professional look.
A “cold wall” heat transfer design and fully lined cabinet
help hold ingredients at safe temperatures. The back row
holds 6" deep pans and the front row holds 4" deep pans.
